2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
3. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan on financial and economic questions and reducing poverty - the Minister of Economic Development and reducing poverty of Zh. A. Kuchkarov.

1. In Item 5 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of December 24, 1997 No. 566 "About questions of functioning of the State scientific and production enterprise "Fonon"":
in the paragraph the second "The agency on precious metals in case of the Central bank" shall be replaced with words words Central bank;
in paragraph five of the word "The Agencies on Precious Metals under the Central Bank" shall be replaced with words Central bank.
