About modification of the Regulations on conditions, procedure for providing, accounting and distribution of the sanatorium permits provided to veterans, approved by the Order of the Government No. 190/2010
Based on the Law No. 190/2003 on veterans (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 84-86, 392), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. In the Regulations on conditions, procedure for providing, accounting and distribution of the sanatorium permits provided to veterans, approved by the Order of the Government No. 190/2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 39-40, 252), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1) in Item 2:
a) in the subitem b) shall be replaced with words the words "through National cash desk of social insurance" "through territorial cash desks of social insurance";
b) add with the subitem c) the following content:
"c) to persons specified in subitems a), b), d), e), f) and g) Item 5, to receivers of pensions from category of the military personnel, the personality and which position is provided by conditions of the Law No. 245/2008 on the state secret, - through National cash desk of social insurance";
To replace 2) in item 4 of the word "veterans have" with the text "citizens of the Republic of Moldova who treat one of the categories specified in Item 5 of this provision have";
3) in Item 5:
a) the subitem f) to state in the following edition:
"f) spouses of participants of World War II or fighting in peace time from among the military personnel who died in case of execution of military duty, and also the spouse of the died persons with limited opportunities owing to war - once in three years. The right to sanatorium treatment in the conditions provided by this Provision the spouses specified in this subitem, who were married to the military personnel who died in case of execution of military duty or to the died persons with limited opportunities owing to war on the date of their death have";
b) add with the subitem g) the following content:
