Based on article 3-1 of the Law No. 121/2001 on additional social protection of some categories of the population (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 51, the Art. 280), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. In the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of monthly public welfare payments to some categories of the population approved by the Order of the Government No. 470/2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 73-74, 509), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1) Item 2:
a) in the subitem of a-1) of figure "700", "550" and "475" to replace with figures "800", "650" and, respectively, "575";
b) the subitem b) after the text" (from September 8, 1941 to January 27, 1944)," to add with the text to "persons which were involved by municipal authorities in collection of ammunition and military equipment, mine clearing of the territories and objects in the years of World War II";
c) the subitem c) to state in the following edition:
"c) to spouses of participants of World War II or the fighting in peace time which died on duty, or the died participants of recovery from the accident on the Chernobyl NPP, or the died persons with limited opportunities owing to war, - 500 lei. Have the right to monthly public welfare payment of the spouse of persons, the dead on duty, or, on circumstances, the dead who were married to them on the date of their death.";
d) in the subitem f) to replace figures "175" with figures "275";
e) in subitems g) and h) replace figures "300" with figures "500";
