1. Approve Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of monthly public welfare payments and annual financial support to some categories of the population it (is applied).

2. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.

Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of monthly public welfare payments and annual financial support to some categories of the population

This Provision determines procedure for establishment and payment of monthly public welfare payments and annual financial support to some categories of the population provided in the Law No. 121-XV of May 3, 2001 on additional social protection of some categories of the population.

I. General provisions

1. The right to monthly public welfare payments is granted to persons specified in Item 2 this provision from among receivers of the pensions or the public social benefits established according to the national legal system, and their families. To the categories of persons specified in subitems c), with 1), e), e 1), g), h), i) and j) Item 2 this provision, to citizens of the Republic of Moldova, the right to monthly public welfare payment is established irrespective of, they are or are not receivers of pensions or the public social benefits. 

2. The size of monthly public welfare payment is established depending on category of receivers as follows:

a) to disabled people from among the military personnel, officers of information and safety, to faces of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies and system of penitentiary administration which restriction of opportunities came after wound, contusions or mutilations received during World War II and also in case of execution of other obligations of military or special service, or owing to the disease connected with stay at the front in guerrilla groups and connections, the underground organizations and groups during World War II:

with heavy restriction of opportunities – 2050 lei;

with the expressed restriction of opportunities – 1900 lei;

with average restriction of opportunities – 1825 lei;
