About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather social protection of the population for action of the quarantine established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for the purpose of prevention of spread of koronavirusny disease (COVID-19)

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About bases of social security of persons with disability in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1991, No. 21, Art. 252 with subsequent changes):

Article 18-1 to add 1) with part five of such content:

"Compensations determined by the Law of Ukraine "About employment of the population" can be provided to the companies, organizations, the organizations, including physical persons which use wage labor for employment of persons with disability in the direction of territorial authorities of the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of employment of the population and labor migration;

Part the sixth articles 20 after the paragraph of third to add 2) with two new paragraphs of such content:

"provision to the companies, organizations, the organizations, including physical persons which use wage labor, providing employment of persons with disability from among registered unemployed persons in the direction of public service of employment, compensations determined by the Law of Ukraine "About employment of the population";

provision to persons with disability from among registered unemployed persons of compensations determined by the Law of Ukraine "About employment of the population".

With respect thereto the fourth - the seventh to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the sixth - the ninth.

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case" (Data of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 22, Art. 171 with subsequent changes):
