About recognition invalid and modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Declare invalid the Law on paid transfer of real estate object No. 151/2018 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 462-466, 764).
Art. II. - Appendix to the Law on physical culture and sport No. 330/1999 (1999, Art. No. 83-86, 399), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with line item of 1 following content:
"1. Republican stadium, Chisinau".
Art. III. - With return to property of the state the Republican stadium, Chisinau, becomes public property on which construction of other constructions, except subjects to welfare and/or sports appointment is forbidden.
Art. IV. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
