About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In article 4 of the Law on compulsory medical insurance No. 1585/1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 38-39, 280), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

part (to add 4) with Items q) and r) the following content:

"q) veterans of war;

r) participants of recovery from the accident on the Chernobyl NPP.";

part (to add 9) with the Item g-1) of the following content:

"g-1) territorial military administrative authorities - for the categories specified in Items q) and r) parts (4);";

add Article with part (9-2) following contents:

"(9-2) V departure from provisions of parts (4) and (9) provision/suspension of the status of insured person in system of compulsory medical insurance for specified in Item j) parts (4) the insured persons which reached according to the national legal system of standard retirement age, but receiving pension of other state it is performed by the insurer based on the statement and supporting documents.".

Art. II. - Item 3) parts (1) article 2 of the Law on additional social protection of some categories of the population No. 121/2001 (2001, 51, Art. 280), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to No. in the following edition:

"3) to surviving spouses of participants of World War II or the fighting in peace time which died on duty, or the died participants of recovery from the accident on the Chernobyl NPP, or the died persons with limited opportunities owing to war - 500 lei. The wife/husband, being married to person, the dead on duty or, on the circumstances which died on the date of his death has the right to monthly public welfare payment;".
