About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of March 10, 2008 No. 19
Based on Item 2 of article 53 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 10, 2007 No. 257-Z "About fauna", Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2013 No. 503, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. From Item 1 of the Instruction on procedure for accounting of objects of fauna and amounts of their use, except for the wild animals belonging to subjects to the hunting and fishery approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of March 10, 2008 No. 19, of the word "and hunting" to exclude.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
