About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of October 22, 2010 No. 45
Based on subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of Article 8, of part one of Item 2 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2007 No. 271-Z "About the address with waste", Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2013 No. 503, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for development and approval of the instruction on the treatment of production wastes approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of October 22, 2010 No. 45, the following changes:
add Item 3 with part of the following content:
"Subjects of managing which structure includes the divisions which are not isolated and located in the territory of different areas, Minsk, having the right to develop separate instructions on the address with waste for all such divisions in general which are in limits of one area, Minsk.";
to add part one of Item 6 with words "which provides reliability of the data specified in it and their compliance to the legislation";
state Item 9 in the following edition:
"9. In the Section "General information" instructions on the address with waste are specified:
the main information about the subject of managing (the name, the location, accounting number of the payer, types of economic activity connected with the treatment of production wastes, etc.);
the place of implementation by the subject of managing of the activities connected with the treatment of production wastes (the address is specified);
