Declare invalid the Order of the CEO of the Agency of land relations and the inventory No. 110/2016 on approval of the Instruction on procedure for filling, issue and storage of the title certifying the right of the owner of the earth (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 355-359, the Art. 1676) registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 1137 of October 6, 2016.
2. To impose control of execution of this order on management of the inventory of real estate of the Agency of land relations and the inventory.
3. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
