1. In the Regulations on State commission concerning technogenic ecological safety and emergency situations approved by the specified resolution:
The subitem 3 of item 4 after the paragraph of the eighth to add 1) with the new paragraph the ninth the following content:
"determines the level of epidemic danger in case of origin or threat of origin or spread of especially dangerous and dangerous infectious diseases and defeats of people and makes to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine offers on introduction of quarantine and restrictive actions in the territory of origin and spread of infectious diseases and defeats of people;".
With respect thereto the ninth - the twelfth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the tenth - the thirteenth;
Paragraphs third - the fifth Item 6 to replace 2) with paragraphs of such content:
"The meeting of State commission is conducted by the chairman, and in case of absence of the chairman - the first deputy, in case of absence of the first deputy - the vice-chairman.
The official structure of State commission approves the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The chairman of State commission is the Prime Minister of Ukraine.
