About modification of the Regulations on National police

Bring in the Regulations on National police approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 877 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 89, the Art. 2971), changes which are applied.

1. Add item 4 with subitems 7-1, 18-1 - 18-2 following of content:
"7-1) within the powers determined by the law performs operational mine clearing, including detection, neutralization and destruction of explosive objects concerning which there are bases to believe that they are objects, tools or means of making of administrative or criminal offenses;";
"18-1) finds the vehicles of private use which are temporarily imported on customs area of Ukraine by citizens more than for 30 days and not registered in Ukraine in the terms established by the legislation;
18-2) takes measures to identification of illegal control of vehicles to which the restrictions as violation of terms of temporary import and/or movement set by the Customs code of Ukraine in customs regime of transit, use for the purposes of business activity and/or receipt of the income in Ukraine are applied, transfer of vehicles to ownership, use or the order to persons who did not import them on customs area of Ukraine or did not place in customs regime of transit, and also takes measures to identification of illegal disassembling of such vehicles;".
2. Add Item 11 with subitems 31-1 and 31-2 of the following content:
"31-1) provides provision to women and men of the equal rights and opportunities, prevention and counteraction to violence on the basis of sex within the powers;
