Bring in the Regulations on the State agency on energy efficiency and energy saving of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 26, 2014 No. 676 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 97, Art. 2801; 2017, No. 71, the Art. 2168), changes which are applied.

1. State Item 10 in the following edition:
"10. State energy efficiency the Chairman who is appointed to position and is dismissed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the legislation on public service heads.".
