About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of realization of provisions of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of September 20, 2009 "About procedure for departure from the Republic of Belarus and entry into the Republic of Belarus of citizens of the Republic of Belarus" I decide No. 49-Z:
1. Bring in Regulations on databank on citizens of the Republic of Belarus, the right on which departure from the Republic of Belarus is temporarily limited, approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 17, 2007 No. 643, the following changes:
in item 4 of the word", issued in National system" shall be replaced with words "National system";
to state subitems 6.4 and 6.5 of Item 6 in the following edition:
"6.4. courts - in communication:
with establishment behind them preventive supervision;
with non-execution without valid excuse the property, tax or other liabilities in front of the Republic of Belarus, its administrative and territorial units, physical persons and legal entities established by the court decrees which took legal effect and also the requirements containing in executive documents;
with the fact that they are officials of the debtor - the legal entity on enforcement proceeding who is not performing without valid excuse the requirements containing in executive documents;
with presentation of the civil action in court;
with the fact that they are defendants in cases on return of the children who are illegally moved to the Republic of Belarus or illegally withheld in the Republic of Belarus or about implementation concerning such children of access rights based on the Convention on civil aspects of the international kidnapping of October 25, 1980 or children concerning whom such cases are considered;
with the fact that they are debtors on cases on economic insolvency (bankruptcy) or interested persons concerning the debtor - the legal entity;
