In the "Rules of maintaining the register of employees" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 420 of June 21, 2006. (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2006, No. 6, Article 497; 2009, No. 6, Article 419; 2011, No. 6, Article 498) to make the following changes:
1. In part 5 of the word shall be replaced with words "Executive office" "Administration", the words "The Commission on Public Service in case of the President" shall be replaced with words "The state examination center".
2. In part 6 and Item 10.2 the word "bodies" to replace with the word "body".
3. In Item 10.6 of the word "date and results of the last certification" shall be replaced with words "data on date and results of assessment of activities of service, the last certification, and also the reference".
4. In part 12 of the word "state body" shall be replaced with words "state body and organization".
5. In parts 13 and 14 (in both cases) words "state bodies" shall be replaced with words "state bodies and organizations".
6. In part 15 of the word "The Commission on Public Service in case of the President" shall be replaced with words "The state examination center".
