About modification of the Procedure for rotation of officials of diplomatic service in bodies of diplomatic service

According to part three of article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About diplomatic service" and for the purpose of enhancement of process of implementation of rotation in bodies of diplomatic service I ORDER:

1. Make changes to the Procedure for rotation of officials of diplomatic service in bodies of diplomatic service approved by the order of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine of October 18, 2018 No. 427, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 8, 2018 for No. 1274/32726, which are applied.

2. To provide to department of management of personnel submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the State secretary the MFA.

Changes in the Procedure for rotation of officials of diplomatic service in bodies of diplomatic service

1. To state Item 6 of the Section I in the following edition:

"6. Appointment, transfer into positions of diplomatic service in bodies of diplomatic service of officials is made based on the Plan of rotation for certain year which affirms the order the MFA signed by the State secretary the MFA (further - the Plan of rotation).
