About approval of Changes in the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 29, 2012 No. 623
According to Article 454 of the Customs code of Ukraine, the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:
1. In heading and Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 29, 2012 No. 623 "About approval of the List of departmental qualifiers of information on questions of the public customs affairs which are used in the course of execution of customs declarations, and the Procedure for their maintaining", the word of "the public customs affairs" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 18, 2012 for No. 988/21300, shall be replaced with words "customs affairs".
2. Approve Changes in the List of departmental qualifiers of information on questions of the public customs affairs which are used in the course of execution of customs declarations, and the Procedure for maintaining departmental qualifiers of information on questions of the public customs affairs which are used in the course of execution of customs declarations, the Ministries of Finance of Ukraine approved by the order of May 29, 2012 No. 623, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 18, 2012 for No. 988/21300, No. 989/21301, which are applied.
3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of customs policy:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
