1. Recognize invalid regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix No. 1.
2. Repeal regulatory legal acts and separate provisions of acts of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation according to lists according to appendices No. 2 - 4.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021.

1. The order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 18, 2016 No. 113 "About approval of Rules of determination by self-regulatory organization of the types of the digital signature used in case of the direction of the decision on application of measures of disciplinary impact concerning the member of self-regulatory organization in the form of electronic documents (packet of electronic documents) to the member of self-regulatory organization, and also person which directed the claim according to which such decision" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 8, the Art. 1131) is made.
