These rules establish procedure for determination by self-regulatory organization of the types of the digital signature used in case of the direction of the decision on application of measures of disciplinary impact concerning the member of self-regulatory organization (further - the decision) in the form of electronic documents (packet of electronic documents) to the member of self-regulatory organization, and also person which directed the claim according to which the decision is made.

2. In case of the direction of the copy of the decision to the member of self-regulatory organization, and also to person which directed the claim according to which the decision is made with use of information system of self-regulatory organization identification and authorization in such system it is performed with use of the simple digital signature of the authorized person of the self-regulatory organization received according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Russian Federation in the sphere of use of digital signatures. At the same time person using key of the simple digital signature shall observe its confidentiality.

In case of the direction of the copy of the decision to the member of self-regulatory organization, and also to person which directed the claim according to which the decision is made with use of information system of self-regulatory organization along with the simple digital signature application of the strengthened qualified digital signature is allowed.

3. In case of the direction of the copy of the decision to the member of self-regulatory organization, and also to person which directed the claim according to which the decision is made electronically without use of information system of self-regulatory organization (including on the material carrier or by e-mail) such copy is signed by the strengthened qualified digital signature of the authorized person of self-regulatory organization.
