About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About Millie's committees of Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic"

Article 1. In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About Millie's committees of Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1998, No. 9, Article 565; 2000, No. 12, Article 833; 2005, No. 10, Article 876; 2007, No. 5, Article 437; 2009, No. 6, Article 395; 2010, No. 4, Article 276; 2011, No. 2, Article 71; 2016, No. 1, Article 34; No. 4, Article 576, No. 6, Article 1004) Article 5 to add 2019, with part four of the following content:
"Based on the statement of 42 deputies of Millie of Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic in connection with application of the quarantine mode, sanitary and epidemiologic and other measures the Chairman Millie of Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic publishes the order about holding committee meetings by means of video conferences in real time. Registration and vote on the committee meetings held by means of system of video conferences is performed by means of the strengthened digital signatures of deputies".
Article 2. This Law is effective till December 30, 2020.
