Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459 "Questions of the Ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 77, Art. 2183; 2019, No. 74, the Art. 2588), changes which are applied.

1. Third Item 1 after words of "management of objects of state-owned property" to add the paragraph with words ", realization of property (property rights, other assets) or the rights to them on the competitive beginnings in the form of auctions, including electronic auctions, and control of its realization".
2. To add the subitem 1 of Item 3 with the paragraph of the following content:
"state policy in the field of realization of property (property rights, other assets) or the rights to them on the competitive beginnings in the form of auctions, including electronic auctions and control of its realization;".
3. Add item 4 with subitems 366-1 - 366-6, following contents:
"366-1) submits to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine proposals concerning determination of the administrator of electronic trading system;
