Changes and additions made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan
1. In Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 7, 1994 No. UP-982 "About formation of State and joint-stock rail carrier "Uzbekiston темир yullar":
word in paragraph one of "State and joint-stock rail carrier" shall be replaced with words "Joint-stock company";
to state paragraphs of the fifth and sixth in the following edition:
"development and deployment on rail transport of scientific and technical achievements, the new equipment and technology, the investing programs aimed at the complex development of rail transport;
development and approval of authorized bodies of rates (tariff charges) for transportation of goods, passengers, mail and baggage taking into account cost reduction and improvement of quality of servicing of clientele of users".
