About modification of the Technique of separate collection of household waste
According to article 35-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About waste", to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the development of communities and the territories of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 30, 2014 No. 197 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 25, 2019 to No. 850), and for the purpose of reduction of own regulatory legal acts in compliance with the current legislation I ORDER:
1. Bring in the Technique of separate collection of household waste approved by the order of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine of August 1, 2011 No. 133, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 10, 2011 for No. 1157/19895, the following changes:
in Items 1.2 of the Section I and in Item 2.1 of the Section II of the word "export of household waste" in all cases shall be replaced with words "the address with household waste" in the corresponding cases.
2. To management of improvement of the territories and public service (Poltorachenko L. I.) together with Legal department (Chepelyuk A. V.) provide in accordance with the established procedure submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Zhivitsky D. A.
