Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on Government commission on import substitution approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 4, 2015 No. 785 "About Government commission on import substitution" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 32, Art. 4773; 2018, No. 35, Art. 5540).
2. Recognize invalid separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.
