About modification of some orders of the Government

Based on article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 845/2009 about territorial bureaus of the State office (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 189-190, 923), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

a) in the subitem 2) Item 9:

lit. A) after words "body of local public authority," to add with the words "included in the State register of local acts (further-the Register)";

litas. b) state in the following edition:

"b) appeal to administrative court – within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notification on refusal to change or cancel the protested act or in case the local body which issued the act did not react to the notification in any way – within 60 days from the date of the notification on need of change or cancellation of the specified act";

In litas. c):

after the word "act" to add with the text "included in the Register which considers illegal,";

"after receipt of the act which considers illegal" to exclude words;

d) litas. g) exclude;

e) add litas. h) following content:

"h) state the violations provided in article 326-1 of the Code about offenses";

b) in Item 11 the last offer to state in the following edition: "Inclusion in the Register of decisions, orders and the materials accompanying administrative acts is performed by the secretary of regional/local/local council or other authorized worker appointed based on the administrative act of executive body, according to the procedure and in the terms established by the Law on local public authority, Regulations on procedure for maintaining the State register of local acts and this Provision.";
