About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, 15, 44, 45, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine "About currency and currency transactions", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for carrying out transactions by authorized institutions on foreign exchange trade in the cash Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: form
1. Approve Changes in:
1) the Regulations on structure of the foreign exchange market of Ukraine, conditions and procedure for foreign exchange trade and bank metals in the foreign exchange market of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 2, 2019 No. 1 (with changes) (further - Changes in No. Provision 1) which are applied;
2) the Regulations on implementation of transactions with currency values approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 2, 2019 No. 2 (with changes) (further - Changes in No. Provision 2) which are applied.
2. To department of the public markets (Sergey Ponomarenko) after official publication to inform banks information on adoption of this resolution.
