About entering of amendment into the Law "About Remuneration of Persons Holding the State Positions and Positions of Public Service"

Article 1. Article 5 of the Law of December 12, 2013 ZR-157-N "About remuneration of persons holding the state positions and positions of public service" (further - the Law) to add with part 2.1 following of content:
"2.1. The size of the basic salary of persons holding the state position and position of public service for 2020 cannot be lower than 70 percent of the nominal size of the minimum monthly salary established by the law.".
Article 2. Final part and transitional provisions
1. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2020 and is effective till December 31, 2020.
2. From January 1 to December 31, 2020 the size of base pay for the government employees rewarded on coefficients 1.25, 1.29, 1.33, 1.37 Appendices 9 to the Law cannot be below the nominal size of the minimum monthly salary established by the law.
3. In case of acquisition by government employees, the rewarded on the coefficients specified in part 2 of this Article in the course of operation of this Law of the right to the natural growth of base pay according to the procedure, stipulated in Clause 20 Laws, natural growth it is applied in the amount of difference of coefficient of the official rates determined according to the procedure, and the official rates determined by means of the corresponding coefficient in case of use of natural growth in the procedure established by the law established by part 1 of article 18 of the Law provided for the worker at the moment.
