Article 1

"2. If the air enterprise or the individual entrepreneur do not observe the requirements specified in Item 1 of this Article, the following corrective actions can be applied to such company or such individual entrepreneur:";

"1) deprivation of the appropriate certificate either suspension or restriction of its action;";

c) declare Item 3 invalid;

To exclude 3) in Item 1 of Article 100 of the word "and having the license for implementation of subject to licensing in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation of type of activity in the field of aircraft".
