About modification of the Regulations on the organization and service on protection of public authorities by military units and divisions of National guard of Ukraine

According to the Law of Ukraine of October 2, 2018 to No. 2581-VIII "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning application of the term "person with disability" and derivative of it", to Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 878, and for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. In paragraph five of Item 2 of Chapter 3 of the Section IV of the Provisions on the organization and service on protection of public authorities by military units and divisions of National guard of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of July 20, 2016 No. 692, No. 1140/29270, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 16, 2016 the word of "disabled people" shall be replaced with words "persons with disability".

2. To head department of National guard of Ukraine (Balan N. I.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Summer S. A.
