1. Approve Changes in the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of October 26, 2015 No. 2645 "About approval of the Procedure for expense determination on compensation which are considered in rates for distribution of electrical energy (transfer of electrical energy by local (local) power supply networks), delivery of electrical energy on regulated rate, transfer of electrical energy the high-level and interstate power networks, production thermal and production of electrical energy", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 13, 2015 for No. 1431/27876, which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day in the official printing publication - the Pravitelstvenny Kuryer newspaper.
