About modification and amendments in Regulations on payment procedure of work and material stimulation of workers of system of housing-and-municipal servicing
For the purpose of obespech3eniya further enhancement of payment terms of work of employees of the State unitary enterprise "Engineering Company on Construction of Facilities of Water Supply and the Sewerage" of the Ministry of housing-and-municipal servicing of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also completion by his qualified specialists the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Take into consideration that according to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 30, 2018 No. PP-4040 "About additional measures for development of systems of drinking water supply and the sewerage in the Republic of Uzbekistan" for ensuring effective coordination and timely accomplishment of address programs for construction and reconstruction of subjects to water supply and the sewerage on 2019 and the next years financed by fund of development of water supply systems and the sewerage under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan based on the operating four interregional branches of the State unitary enterprise "Engineering Company on Construction of Facilities of Water Supply and the Sewerage" are created territorial administrations (except for the city of Tashkent).
2. Make change and addition to the Regulations on payment procedure of work and material stimulation of workers of system of housing-and-municipal servicing approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of June 22, 2017 No. 409 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2017, No. 6, the Art. 112), according to appendix.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the Minister of Transport A. Zh. Ramatov and the minister of housing-and-municipal servicing of the Republic of Uzbekistan M. H. Saliyev.
