Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 18, 2012 No. 606 "About approval of referral lists of structural divisions regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city, district, district in Kiev and Sevastopol of public administrations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 50, the Art. 1984, No. 83, Art. 3362; 2014, No. 8, Art. 249, No. 53, Art. 1406; 2016, No. 16, Art. 629, No. 24, Art. 952; 2017, No. 8, the Art. 243, No. 48, the Art. 1489) changes which are applied.
2. To chairmen of local public administrations in two-day time from the date of entry into force of this resolution to perform actions for optimization of the operating structure of the office of local public administrations and their structural divisions.

1. State Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. Determine that creation of structural divisions which duplicate activities is not allowed:
territorial authorities of the ministries, other central executive bodies;
village, settlement, city council of the integrated territorial community and its executive bodies which jurisdiction limits completely match with area borders;
village, settlement, city councils of the integrated territorial communities and their executive bodies which jurisdiction limits completely match with area borders.".
2. In Item 1 of appendix 1 to the resolution:
the nineteenth to exclude the paragraph;
add Item with the paragraph of such content:
"concerning defense work, civil protection and interaction with law enforcement agencies.".
