About modification of Rules of internal document flow in the Eurasian economic commission

According to Items 13 and 14 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and for the purpose of work optimization the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the Rules of internal document flow in the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of May 5, 2015 No. 46, of change according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

The changes made to Rules of internal document flow of the Eurasian economic commission

1. In paragraph one of Item 80 and paragraph one of Item 105 of the word "together with Department of information technologies" to exclude.

2. State Item 148 in the following edition:

"148. The file of the decision (order) of Intergovernmental council intended for placement on the official site of the Union, decisions (order) of the Supreme council goes to Department of information technologies by e-mail in appendix to the corresponding electronic message by the responsible of Legal department.".
