About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 29, 2016 No. 257
According to Item 2 of article 54 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 10, 2007 "About fauna" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 257-Z
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 29, 2016 No. 257 "About some questions of maintaining the state inventory of fauna" the following changes:
in preamble shall be replaced with words the word "years" "No. 257-Z";
in Item 1:
exclude the word "enclosed";
add Item with the word "(is applied)";
in Regulations on the procedure for maintaining the state inventory of fauna and use of its data approved by this resolution:
from Item 2 of the word "of July 10, 2007" and "(, 2007, No. 172, 2/1354)" to exclude the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus;
add the Provision with Item 5-1 of the following content:
"5-1. Maintaining the inventory includes:
information processing about objects of fauna, arrived in the electronic database of the inventory, for check of its compliance to the data representation forms about fauna objects established by Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources;
information analysis about fauna objects, assessment of change of quantity and quality characteristics of objects of fauna and economic evaluation of resources of fauna;
preparation of analytical materials about objects of fauna and information on users of the objects of fauna which did not provide the specified information.";
third of Item 7 to exclude part;
from Item 9 of the word" (2009, No. 134, 5/29836)" to exclude the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
