About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

In pursuance of the paragraph of the sixth of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2019 "About modification and amendments in some laws of the Republic of Belarus concerning drinking water supply" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 166-Z

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 27, 2009 No. 99 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About consumer protection of housing and communal services":

in Item 1:

word in paragraph ten of "services in water supply and (or) water disposal (sewerage)" shall be replaced with words "services of water supply and (or) water disposal (sewerage)";

in paragraph eleven of the word "on water supply" to replace with the word of "water supply";

For the purposes of these rules the terms "subscriber", "water consumption limit", "organization of water and sewer economy", "consumer", "centralized system of water supply" in the values determined in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 24, 1999 No. 271-Z "About drinking water supply" and also the following terms and their determinations are applied:

accident - the incident requiring for its liquidation of the termination or restriction of water supply and (or) water disposal in case of:

the violation of work of constructions and (or) devices of centralized systems of water supply, water disposal (sewerage) connected with damage of walls and (or) joint connections of pipes, breakdown of armature and shaped parts;

failure of separate constructions, the equipment and devices, collapse of the bearing building constructions on the constructions of water supply, water disposal (sewerage) which entailed discrepancy of the pumped drinking water to standard rates of safety of drinking water;

blackout from water supply of the settlement (residential district), apartment houses with number of apartments 500 and more, power source, the industrial enterprise which do not have own sources of water supply with water consumption amount over 300 cubic m/days, the companies of the food industry, the hospital organizations of health care, government objects and objects of defense value;

decrease in water supply of water folding constructions more than for 20 percent or drawing environmental damage, to property of legal entities or physical persons;
