About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine
According to Items 3, 10 Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of July 2, 2014 228, ORDER to No.:
1. Item 4 of the Regulations on the Head territorial administrations of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the order of June 23, 2011 No. 1707/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 23, 2011 for No. 759/19497 (with changes), after subitem 4.32 to add with new subitem 4.33 of the following content:
"4.33 provides training in body of the public executive service of persons who expressed intention to perform activities of the private contractor, and grants the certificate on passing of training;".
With respect thereto subitems 4.33 - 4.75 to consider respectively subitems 4.34 - 4.76.
2. In paragraph one of Item 12 of the Section III of the Procedure for the admission to profession of the private contractor approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of October 25, 2016 No. 3053/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 7, 2016 for No. 1445/29575, of the word "structural division of the Ministry" shall be replaced with words "The head territorial administration of justice".
3. To department concerning justice and homeland security of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Oleynik A. N.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
