About modification of some legal acts of Turkmenistan

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Turkmenistan:

1) in the Law of Turkmenistan "About ethics and office behavior of the government employee", accepted on March 26, 2016 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2016, No. 1, Art. 49; 2018, Art. No. 3-4, 91):

in Article 12:

in part one of the text of the Law in state language of the word "gymmatly hazynasynyn" shall be replaced with words "yokary gymmatlygynyn";

in Item in state language of the word "agyp-donup durmakdan" to replace 2 parts two of the text of the Law with the word "gopbamlykdan";

in article 15 part two after the words "and also in case of" to add with words "encouragement or";

2) Article 15 of the Law of Turkmenistan "About the status of the military personnel", adopted on November 25, 2017 (Sheet of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2017, No. 4, Art. 165), to state in the following edition:

"Article 15. Food supply, providing with military uniform and ware property

1. Food supply in Armed Forces, other troops and military bodies of Turkmenistan is performed according to the Regulations on food supply in Armed Forces, other troops and military bodies of Turkmenistan approved by the President of Turkmenistan.

2. The military personnel is provided with military uniform and ware property depending on conditions of passing of military service and according to Regulations on providing with military uniform and the ware property in Armed Forces, other troops and military bodies of Turkmenistan approved by the President of Turkmenistan.".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
