Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1764 "About approval of the Procedure for public financing of capital construction" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 52, Art. 2374; 2018, No. 96, the Art. 3179) and of April 23, 2014 No. 117 "About implementation of advance payment of the goods, works and services which are purchased for budgetary funds" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 34, Art. 916; 2016, No. 88, Art. 2885; 2017, No. 100, Art. 3067; 2018, No. 96, the Art. 3179) changes which are applied.
