About modification of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 18, 2016 No. 3268/5

1. Item 3 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 18, 2016 No. 3268/5 "About approval of forms of statements in the field of state registration of legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 18, 2016 for No. 1500/29630, to add with the new subitem of such content:
"4) the statements in the field of state registration of legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming represented electronically are created by software in any form suitable for perception of their content, according to the data provided for each type of statements according to the forms approved by this order.".
2. To department of private law () submit A.N. Ferens this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. To the technical administrator of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming to take the measures necessary for implementation of this order.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. I reserve control of execution of this order.
