Make changes which are applied to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

1. According to the procedure of maintaining the State register of the corporeal rights to real estate, No. 1141 approved by the resolution of the Cabinets of Ministers of Ukraine of October 26, 2011 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 86, Art. 3145; 2018, No. 52, Art. 1827):
The paragraph of the seventh of the subitem 1 of Item 6 to exclude 1);
Item 12 to exclude 2);
In paragraph four of the subitem 1 of Item 21 of the word "When Forming the Application It Is Chosen" to replace 3) with the word "Is chosen";
Paragraph one of Item 33 to add 4) with the offer of the following content: "At the same time date and time of state registration of other corporeal right derivative of the property right, encumbrance of the corporeal right in appropriate sections or the special Section of the State register of the rights remain invariable.";
Items 34 and 35 to exclude 5);
6) in Item 57:
in paragraph one of the word "concerning one real estate unit" and "concerning such real estate unit" to exclude;
state paragraph two in the following edition:
"At the request of persons information from the State register of the rights, except the data provided by paragraph one of this Item may contain in addition data on acquisition, change and the termination of the corporeal rights to real estate, their encumbrances, and also about the made changes in the corresponding records of the State register of the rights and its integral archive component in chronological procedure.";
