2. Action of Item of 5 changes approved by this resolution extends to the legal relationship which arose from the date of entry into force of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 6, 2019 No. 559 "About modification of Rules of provision and distribution of other interbudget transfers from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on compensation of part of costs for interest payment on investment loans (loans) in agro-industrial complex".
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
