1. Approve the enclosed Rules of provision and distribution of other interbudget transfers from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on compensation of part of costs for interest payment on investment loans (loans) in agro-industrial complex.

2. Recognize invalid:

changes which are made to the State program of development of agricultural industry and regulation of the markets of agricultural products, raw materials and food for 2013 - 2020 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 13, 2017 No. 1544 "About modification of the State program of development of agricultural industry and regulation of the markets of agricultural products, raw materials and food for 2013 - 2020" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 52, the Art. 8126), in the part concerning appendix No. 10 to the State program of development of agricultural industry and regulation of the markets of agricultural products, raw materials and food for 2013 - 2020;

Rules of provision and distribution of other interbudget transfers from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on compensation of part of costs for interest payment on investment loans (loans) in agro-industrial complex

1. These rules establish the purposes, procedure, conditions of provision and distribution of other interbudget transfers from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on compensation of part of costs for interest payment on the investment loans obtained in case of the conclusion of investment credit agreements in the Russian credit institutions and the "Development Bank and Foreign Economic Activity (Vnesheconombank)" state corporation and the loans obtained in case of the conclusion of loan agreements in agricultural credit consumer cooperatives (further respectively - credit institutions, the credits (loans), credit agreements (loan agreements), compensation of part of costs, other interbudget transfers).

Other interbudget transfers are provided for the purpose of providing financial support in case of execution of payment commitments of the subjects of the Russian Federation connected with compensation of part of costs according to credit agreements (loan agreements) signed on implementation of the investment projects selected till December 31, 2016 inclusive and also investment projects which implementation is begun before 2010 and which did not undergo the procedure of selection according to Item 15 of these rules, about day of complete repayment of obligations of the borrower according to the credit agreement (loan agreement).

2. Other interbudget transfers are provided:

agricultural producers (except for the citizens conducting personal subsidiary farm), the organizations of agro-industrial complex irrespective of their form of business, peasant farms and agricultural consumer cooperatives according to credit agreements (loan agreements) signed:
