About modification of Item 17 of the Procedure for provision of special permissions to use of natural resources

Bring in Item 17 of the Procedure for the provision of special permissions to use of natural resources approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 30, 2011 No. 615 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 45, Art. 1832; 2012, No. 30, Art. 1116; 2016, No. 30, Art. 1208; 2017, No. 60, Art. 1827; 2018, No. 49, Art. 1706, No. 86, Art. 2826), following changes:
in paragraph one "subitem 8" shall be replaced with words the word and figure also in figures "subitems 8 and 10";
add Item after the paragraph of the tenth with the new paragraph of such content:
"10) reorganization of the state company by accession to other state company.".
With respect thereto the eleventh - the twenty ninth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the twelfth - the thirtieth;
in the paragraph the twenty second to replace figure "9" with figures "10".
