1. In Regulations on the procedure for conducting state examination and assessment of inventories of minerals approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 22, 1994 No. 865 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 3, Art. 55; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 40, Art. 1706; 2018, No. 29, Art. 1017):
Item 5 to state 1) in the following edition:
"5. Depending on readiness degree to industrial development of inventories of minerals state examination can come to the end with approval or approbation of inventories and/or resources:
the subsoil plots prepared for conducting exploration works on results of initial geological economic evaluation;
the fields prepared for conducting exploration works on results of preliminary geological economic evaluation;
the fields intended for designing and construction new, prolongation of term of work of the operating objects by results of detailed geological economic evaluation.";
2) Item 6 after words "inventories are subject to assessment" to add with the words "and resources of minerals of subsoil plots and/or fields";
