About modification of the procedures approved by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 12, 2011 No. 1049 and of February 14, 2018 No. 156

1. Bring in the Procedure for carrying out tender by determination of programs (projects, actions) developed by institutes of civil society for which accomplishment (realization) the financial support, No. 1049 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 12, 2011 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, is provided 2011, to No. 79, by Art. 2917; 2016, No. 23, the Art. 919), and the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget on financial support of public associations of veterans which have the status All-Ukrainian, actions with visit of military burials and military monuments and on the occasion of festive, memorable and historical dates, No. 156 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 14, 2018 "Some questions of provision of financial support to public associations of veterans" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 24, of Art. 854; 2019, No. 2, the Art. 31, No. 16, the Art. 547), changes which are applied.
2. Determine that:
The ministry of cases of veterans is the organizer of tenders by determination of programs (projects, actions) developed by All-Ukrainian public associations of veterans for which accomplishment (realization) the financial support in 2019 and 2020 announced by Public service for veterans of war and participants of anti-terrorist operation is provided;
