About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
Based on Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus", Item 82 of the Protocol on the general principles and competition rules (appendix No. 19 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2014 No. 35 "About approval of lists of socially important goods (services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by state bodies, and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus":
subitem 3.3 of Item 3 of the list of socially important goods (services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom, approved by this resolution to exclude;
the list of socially important goods, the prices for which are regulated by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade no more than 90 days within one year, approved by this resolution to be reworded as follows it (is applied);
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 27, 2017 No. 81 "About approval of the list of socially important goods, the prices for which are regulated by regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom no more than 90 days within one year, and introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2014 No. 35":
state the name in the following edition:
"About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2014 No. 35";
exclude Item 1.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
