About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning the organization of collection of means and transportation of currency values
According to Articles 7, of 15, of 33, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of requirements to the organization of collection of means and transportation of currency values of banks in Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. In the subitem 2 of item 4 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 31, 2017 No. 29 "About approval of the Instruction on the organization of collection of means and transportation of currency values of banks in Ukraine":
The second figures "2500" to replace 1) in the paragraph with figures "1200";
In paragraph three of figure "5000" to replace 2) with figures "2500".
2. Approve Changes in the Instruction on the organization of collection of means and transportation of currency values of banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 31, 2017 No. 29 (with changes) which are applied.
3. To banks and legal entities who obtained the license for provision to banks of services in collection, till September 1, 2019 to bring the internal documents into accord with requirements of this resolution and the Instruction on the organization of collection of means and transportations of currency values of banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 31, 2017 No. 29 (with changes), taking into account the changes made by this resolution.
