About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Board of the Eurasian economic commission

1. In the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 263 "About procedure for use of transport (transportation), business and (or) other documents as the declaration on goods":
a) in word preamble "article 180 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union" shall be replaced with words "Article 105 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union";
b) in the Instruction about procedure for use of transport (transportation), business and (or) other documents as the declaration on goods approved by the specified Decision:
in Item 1 of the word "article 180 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union" shall be replaced with words "Article 105 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union";
to declare the subitem 2 of Item 6 invalid;
in subitem 12.1 of Item 12:
