For the purpose of stimulation of the high sporting achievements strengthening image of the Kyrgyz Republic on the international scene according to article 6 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About physical culture and sport", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on grants to the leading athletes of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 23, 2018 No. 554 the following changes:
in the Regulations on grants to the leading athletes of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state Item 5 in the following edition:
"5. The grant is appointed for a period of one year. Purpose of grant is made by the decision of authorized body in the field of physical culture and sport from the first following after month in which the athlete executes the criteria specified in Chapter 3 this provision. If the World Cup and the sports Championship of Asia is held every two years, for the taken prizes in the specified competitions the grant is appointed for a period of two years. In case of gain the athlete of prize-winning places in several types of competitions, the grant is appointed on the highest indicator.";

- to athletes on the Olympic sports which are entering into group A of the National register of sports and sports disciplines of the Kyrgyz Republic, took prizes at the international competitions of category A grants on condition of participation of athletes at least 5 countries are appointed.";

2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
