According to the Regulations on the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459 and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation I ORDER:
1. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning technical regulation and consumer policy of October 28, 2010 No. 487 "About approval of the Technical regulation concerning rules of marking of foodstuff", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 11, 2011 for No. 183/18921 (with changes).
2. To department of technical regulation (Vitkin L. M.) provide in accordance with the established procedure submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective along with enforcement of the Law of Ukraine "About information for consumers concerning foodstuff".
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine Brovchenko Yu. P.
